B2B payments
[ UBIQ ]
An audit and redesign for a B2B payments and supply chain financing company working across APAC.

Case study
Overview
UBIQ offers B2B payments and supply chain financing across APAC. I audited their old website and redesigned it.
The problem
UBIQ’s services are tailored to each business, which is great for clients and hard to explain on a website. The old site was vague, and visitors couldn’t tell what UBIQ actually does or who it’s for.
My role & team
UI/UX designer, from audit to redesign.
Process
- Audited the existing site page by page and marked what was confusing
- Rewrote the structure into a simple story: who we are, what we do, who we help, how to start
- Designed a homepage, About, Services and Contact, plus leadership cards
Key decisions
Say who it’s for
F&B supply chains, retail, travel and hospitality, suppliers and wholesalers. Naming industries helps visitors find themselves fast.
Numbers as proof
Invoices processed, countries served and years in the industry sit together as one quick block of credibility.
Screen by screen
Audit
Annotated screenshots of the old site with issues and fixes.
Homepage
“B2B payments. Your way.”, then about, achievements and services.
Services
Their finance platform for supplier payments and collections, plus financing that guarantees supplier payment terms.
About and contact
The team, the leadership cards with each advisor’s background, and a short contact form.
