self-custodial crypto wallet
[ DAU Vault ]
A landing page for a crypto wallet where you hold your own keys, written so beginners don’t run away.

Case study
Overview
DAU Vault is a self-custodial crypto wallet. You hold your own keys for DAU, USDT, USDC and hundreds of other assets on Ethereum, Solana and TRON. I designed the landing page.
The problem
Crypto websites often speak only to experts. DAU Vault wanted beginners too, without boring the people who already know what a recovery phrase is.
My role & team
UI/UX designer on the website.
Process
- Listed every feature, then sorted them by what a beginner cares about first
- Designed the homepage as one long story, from “what is this” to “download it”
Key decisions
Lead with what you can do
“Swap assets in two taps” before “supports three networks”. Benefits first, specs second.
Make self-custody feel safe
Biometric login, secure storage, optional cloud backup and pairing with the DAU Key hardware wallet are grouped together, so control feels like safety, not responsibility.
Screen by screen
Hero
“Take full control of your digital assets”, with wallet addresses on Ethereum, Solana and TRON shown on the phone.
What and why
What the app is, why it’s different, and who it’s for: simple for beginners, powerful for experts.
Features
Hundreds of assets, swap, send and receive, multiple wallets, backups and hardware wallet support.
Privacy and download
No personal tracking, full ownership, then the download call to action.
