Overview
Alfred is an AI front desk built by 01 Digital. It talks to new leads, answers their questions and turns them into bookings, so small businesses stop losing customers to slow replies. I worked on the marketing website and the web app.
The problem
Small businesses get messages at all hours and reply when they can. By then the customer has booked somewhere else. An AI receptionist can reply instantly, but only if the business owner trusts what it says on their behalf.

Show what the agent did
Agents fail quietly. Most of the design work is a clear record of what Alfred said, what it booked and where it needed a human.
